How it works
Two ways to work with us. Both month to month, both exclusive, both built for Canadian mortgage brokers.
Every broker we talk to wants the same two things: more of the right borrowers, and no surprises. We offer two ways to get there. A managed campaign puts the whole system under your name and in your hands. Pay per lead gives you the inquiries without running anything. Here is how each one works, and how to pick.
Both models, in 45 seconds
Managed campaign on one side, pay per lead on the other, each step lighting up in order, and what stays the same on both.
Managed campaign vs pay per lead
| Managed campaign | Pay per lead | |
|---|---|---|
| Whose name is on the ads | Yours, with your brokerage and licence details | Ours. You receive the lead. |
| Who owns the ad account and data | You | Us |
| What you pay for | The monthly management, plus ad spend paid straight to Meta or Google | Each exclusive lead delivered, in blocks |
| Follow-up | Automated texts, emails, booking and reminders, set up for you | Yours, or we connect the leads to your CRM automations |
| Best for | Brokers and teams building a pipeline they own | Agents testing a product or region, or who want zero admin |
| Contract | Month to month | None. Buy the next block only if the last one worked. |
| Exclusive leads | Yes | Yes |
A managed campaign, step by step
- Strategy call. Province, products, lenders, what you have tried, what you want. We say what we think will work and what will not.
- Build. Offer, ad creative, landing page, qualifying form, CRM connection, text and email follow-up, calendar. You approve everything.
- Launch. Ads go live from your own ad account. Leads arrive with their answers and get a text within minutes.
- Weekly improvement. We watch cost per lead and booked calls, swap tired creative, tighten targeting, and send you a report you can read in a minute.
Channels: Facebook and Instagram, Google Search, and SEO.
Pay per lead, step by step
- Choose. The province or cities, and the lead types: purchase, refinance, HELOC, debt consolidation, private or second, self-employed, reverse, commercial.
- We run it. Campaigns on our side, built inside the platforms' credit advertising rules.
- Leads arrive. Real time, by email and into your CRM, with the borrower's answers.
- You pay per lead. Leads that fail basic checks are replaced. No contract.

What stays the same on both
- Leads are exclusive to you and never resold
- Month to month, no long contracts
- Qualifying questions on every form, so you call people with context
- Campaigns built inside Canadian advertising rules for mortgages
- Direct access to the people running your campaign
- Run by Amplify Leads, Toronto, since the early days of Facebook lead ads
Questions brokers ask us
Can I switch from pay per lead to a managed campaign later?
Yes, and that is a common path. Brokers test a product or region with a lead block, see the quality, then move to a managed campaign under their own name once they want the volume and the system.
Why do you not publish prices?
Because the honest answer depends on your province, your products and how many leads you want. A purchase lead in Winnipeg and a private second mortgage lead in Toronto are not the same thing. We give you real numbers for your situation on a short call instead of a price list that would mislead half the people reading it.
What do I need to have ready?
Your licence details, the products you want more of, the area you serve, and a way to answer leads fast. If you already have a CRM we connect to it. If you do not, we can set one up as part of a managed campaign.
What if it is not working?
You stop. There is no long-term contract on either model. We would rather tell you early that a product or region is not producing than keep billing you for it.
