MortgageMarketing.ca is operated by Amplify Leads ("we", "us"), Toronto, Ontario. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site and how we use it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect

• What you give us. When you fill in a form or book a call, we collect your name, email, phone number, province and anything you write in the message field.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, to hold the strategy call you asked for, and, if you become a client, to deliver the service. We may send you follow-up emails or texts about your inquiry. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing us.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Your details are stored in our customer relationship management system and our scheduling tool, both operated by third-party providers that may store data outside Canada. We do not sell your information and we never share lead information with other brokers or vendors.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to respond to you and, for clients, for the length of the relationship plus the period required for business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
